We do this in three ways:

On-site

Our trouble call service is nationwide. In 2015 we were on the road from Millsboro, DE, to Waterford, CA, editing programs, replacing components, or simply showing on-site personnel what to do to effectively correct the issue and prevent further recurrences. Whatever it takes to keep your robots and automated systems functioning at optimal efficiency, we have the solution and we’ll bring it to you. We charge a competitive hourly rate plus travel expenses. Fortunately, new technologies make alternative remote support possible as well, especially for less complex issues.

Phone

Your robotic system was working efficiently on the previous shift, but now it won’t advance to the next step. There’s an unexplained vibration. Your sensors are changing but the PLC won’t recognize the change. What if a 20-minute call could resolve the issue and restore productivity? On our tech support calls, we walk you through your issue. You can even email your schematics and use video technology for us to walk you through. We utilize basic and advance troubleshooting techniques to resolve your robotic system issues immediately. Remote

Remote robotic support is a fairly new trend, with applications that offer more complex problem-solving without the expense of fielding a technician. Inscho Solutions can install remote support technology to allow remote access to your PLC, HMI, and other logics that use the ethernet to assist you remotely with many troubleshooting issues involving the need to see what the logic is missing to get back to running.
